Pencil Sketches Gallery: Feelings of a Sketcher!
A sketch is a rapidly executed freehand drawing that is not usually intended as a finished work. – Wikipedia
Sketching is an art, but more like a way to express your feelings as well. Its a great way achieve peace. Weather you have witnessed a crime or have something beautiful to share, express in the form of sketches. Specially if its something bad, expressing it in form of sketches can make you feel lighter.
Actually, I like to draw sketches, but never been into drawing. So, I was curious about how a sketcher feels. Therefore, I asked a friend of mine, Awaix Shah, to describe sketching..
Quoting Mr. Shah’s definition of sketching:
Sketching, for me is a language in itself. It displays an entire story of its own in a unique manner. The story continues until and unless one can distinguish among different dimensions. I try to sketch the soul of what I see. What inspires me is the world that the to and fro motion of my hand can set, creating impulse of vibrance in the sketch and the viewer as well. I don’t have to look at my watch when I enter the world of sketching. I connect with this art in a manner that a ‘lead pencil’ and a ‘blank sheet’ can create miracles. – Shah
Shah was kind enough to allow me to embed his pencil sketches gallery on the blog.
All the sketches are owned by Awaix Shah, you can follow him on Facebook for more. Don’t forget to share the post if you enjoyed it..
